The administration has achieved a new low. After promising they would finally advance comprehensive proposals today, they have again advanced nothing of substance on wages or healthcare. 

They are not taking seriously their responsibility as bargainers. The leadership of this university needs to meet their obligation to bargain productively and come to the table with reasonable proposals that make sense.
